FLAVOURING COMPLEXES FOR OLIVES
 
Coralim has developed a series of special complexes for preparing olives and pickles which afford a solution for their suitable preservation, providing an anchovy flavour or without based flavour. In addition to powder based products, we have natural liquid flavours that allow the right scent to be given to spices and aromatic herbs in safe, reproducible fashion.
